My Motivation
In the beginning 2008, my parents asked me to research suitable DSLR cameras for them to purchase. One thing lead to another and a few days later I walked out of Rajala (a Finnish camera retailer) with a brand new Nikon D80 camera in my bag.
Digital photography proved to be an excellent combination of technology and creativity for me, and in the following two years I have replaced the D80 and its 18-200mm lens with two new bodies (D90 and D300), a full range of lenses between 11mm and 300mm and various lighting and support gear. The subjects range from nature closeups to landscapes, street photography and the occasional weddings and other events.
